Method
 

  1. Rinse the chicken breasts under cold water and pat them dry. Season with salt and black pepper.
  2. Wash the baby potatoes thoroughly and cut each in half. Set aside.
  3. In a small bowl, combine melted butter, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Mix well.
  4. Layer halved potatoes in the crockpot, pour half of the garlic Parmesan sauce over them, place seasoned chicken on top, and pour remaining sauce over the chicken.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours. Shred chicken in the crockpot and stir to combine before serving.
